Kept Close uses Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. That is the EULA for the App Store listing. Read it here:

Downloading or using Kept Close means you agree to Apple's standard EULA and to the additional terms below. Privacy practices are in the Privacy Policy.
The app
Kept Close is a contacts utility for iPhone (iOS 17 or later). Cleanup features are free and uncapped. Kept Close Pro is optional and purchased in-app through the App Store.
Kept Close Pro subscriptions
Auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time purchase, sold by Apple:
- Kept Close Pro Monthly - 1 month - $8.99 USD
- Kept Close Pro Yearly - 1 year - $59.99 USD
- Kept Close Pro Lifetime - one-time, non-renewing - $79.99 USD
Prices are set in the App Store and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the cost of the chosen plan. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings, Apple ID, Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Restore purchases is available in the app for any Apple ID that already bought Pro.
Your data
You remain responsible for your contacts. Kept Close never silently merges or deletes. Confirmations always show the exact number of cards affected. A 30-day on-device recycle bin holds removals.
Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer the app, scrape others' data, or use Kept Close to violate privacy or applicable law.
